Luka is One

Little Luka was such a pleasant little guy to photograph as he turned one! He enjoyed his cake (a little), but was such a little ham!

      At The Beach

When you vacation with those in your bubble, those in your bubble get beach portraits. 🙂

        Four C’s and a J

Carrie, Carter, Camden, and now…….Cooper! (The J is for Daddy Jordan)

I can’t say enough about what a beautiful family this is and what complete CHAMPS these two big brothers were during their photo session! They made everything easy and fun! <3

          Making Magic

There’s a lot going on in the world right now…..so when this family offered to come down from New Albany, for a mask-wearing (by me!), socially distant magical summer night photo session, I was beyond thrilled! And I think we accomplished the goal. It’s always a bit more special (again, by me!) when I photographed them at only a fews days old, and get to watch them grow up and photograph them as they turn into super cool humans. Soon-to-be first graders and soon-to-be third graders are just FUN.

            Caleb and Baseball

This boy loves his game. His senior season didn’t exactly happen, but we still got the all-important baseball photos for prosperity. Caleb is going on to play baseball in college, so there are a lot more wins in his future!

              Mini Session for Joel

Joel had a quick senior session and kept me giggling with his easy sense of humor. Doesn’t he just look like a guy you want to be friends with?

                Friendship, 2020

Owen and Curtis played football together, and have been best buds for a while. Curtis is headed to the Naval Academy to play football. Owen is headed to The Ohio State University to study biochemistry. As silly and fun as our session was, these young men are mature enough to understand and value true friendship when they see it. They asked to have their sessions at the same time, and also invited sweet Savannah, the other link to their friend-dom. I have rarely laughed this hard during a session, nor seen so much juggling during a session. These boys care about the people around them, and care about the world around them. I cannot wait to see how their futures unfold!

Baby Tate is One, and Storm is Three!

We photographed this Big Boy Birthday session right at the beginning of lockdown in Ohio. With so much going on (but who am I kidding? I has SO MUCH free time…) the session is just now making it to the blog. Storm turned three and is just so fun. Baby Tate (who will always be called Baby Tate) turned one and was amazed that we let him have his own cake. This was a fun, happy day!

Trevor- New Albany High School 2020

I met up with Trevor at the very beginning of a winter snowstorm! No wonder he is going to school in Texas next year! Congrats Trevor!
