Jack

Brilliant, handsome Jack is the fastest human in the water that I personally know. The few times I’ve gotten to watch him swim have been sooooo impressive. His older sister and older brother have all had great senior photos sessions, and this year it was Jack’s turn. Lancaster High School Class of 2025, then on to THE Ohio State University!

Hart

These little ladies have become grown up young ladies right before my eyes. Their mama is so good about making sure we have a session every year. It’s been so fun to photograph them every fall and see how they change and stay the same. <3

Elsie- Bloom Carroll Senior

Elsie and her mom and I dodged raindrops on a warm late summer day to get all these gorgeous photos. She just popped in her pretty pink dress and looked fantastic in every setting. And, as always, if I have younger photos of my seniors, I post them. I bet that someone on my long lost hard drives, there is a wonderful photo that Elsie took…… Enjoy the rest of senior year!

When Tanner Brings His Toys

When Tanner brings his toys to his SENIOR YEAR PHOTO SHOOT, you know it’s going to be fun, and it was. Tanner has gone from a baby-faced three year old with shocking blond hair and blue eyes to……….well………..a baby-faced eighteen year old with shocking blond LONG hair and blue eyes. Thanks for bringing the fun, and the toys.

Elli – Senior at Logan Elm

Elli practiced her whole life for her senior photo session (see below):

I’d say she nailed it. (Plus I got her hear her awesome voice and guitar playing!)

She’s Fast.

Marisa is the fastest girl I know, but this session was nice and relaxed, which is just my pace. This girl is gritty, focused, and prepping for a collegiate running career- so impressive. As tough as she is, I loved seeing her soft and feminine side as well.

Warner Family

Happy is the day that I got the email inquiry asking about this photo shoot. It was almost ten years to the day since we had done the last one with this extended family. We were lucky enough to have a gorgeous fall day and made some beautiful memories.

It’s me, hi.

It’s me, hi.

I’m still here.

I’m Jennifer Conklin. This is a photo of my husband and I before a fancy-schmancy wedding a few weeks ago. (Thanks, Matt and Lauren!) I love how you can see the dust on the hotel mirror, but it doesn’t matter because THOSE ARE THE FACES of two kids who get to pretend to be adults that night! So. Fun. Those are the kinds of things I’ve been doing. Just, living life. It’s actually pretty amazing. Life with my husband and daughters, and of course, Moose, our tiny, sweet (He thinks he’s a real human boy) goldendoodle.

Oh yeah, I’ve also still been taking photos. LOTS of them. I just haven’t been so great about…..posting them here, or sharing on social media. In fact, it’s been an embarrassingly-long time. All the January/New Year/fresh start/goal-making has been getting to me though, and I’m going to do better. In fact, I am refreshing a few things as we speak. (Well, as I write and regretfully post a photo of (gasp!) myself.

(I NEVER do that.))

Refreshing! Updating! Upgrading! Things I’m excited about. Some new experiences that I’ll offer this year. And some streamlined client communication things to help elevate both of our experiences. So, yeah. Stay on the lookout, because I’ll spend the next month or so catching up on all the social media that I DIDN’T do this summer and fall while I was frantically shooting and editing and ordering and attending 4,537 tennis matches and cheering on the Buckeyes, and trying to get enough fiber, and (Oh yeah!) teaching third grade. And those kids, families, seniors, and newborns that I’ll be posting about? Um, wow. They are all awesome humans. It is such an honor to get to to be the one to photograph them.

it’s going to be a good year. 😉

Sargent Wedding

This day was filled with lots of love, lots of laughter, and a whole lot of fun! It was a treat to photograph this beautiful wedding!

    Kara

It’s been such a pleasure to watch Kara grow up though sports, friendship, and school. She is a natural leader for sure. I bet you can’t tell we had a rain delay halfway through this session- I just love them all!!

    Enjoy the sneak peek!
